1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, subscribing to Pro, taking technical quizzes, or submitting a resume for ATS analysis. This includes name, email, account preferences, and learning progress.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to deliver personalized learning roadmaps, maintain account security, compute quiz percentiles, provide AI ATS feedback, and process billing invoices. We never sell or rent your personal information to third-party data brokers.
3. Resume Document Security
Resumes uploaded to the ATS Reviewer are parsed in temporary memory buffers to extract keywords, formatting structure, and action verbs. Uploaded documents are private to your user account and are not shared publicly or with external advertisers.
4. Cookies & Session Storage
We use secure, HTTP-only authentication cookies to maintain your login session across devices. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though some interactive features may not function as intended.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request complete deletion of your account, quiz attempts, and profile records at any time by contacting privacy@codementees.com.
